1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Yono Rummy operates as a «Game of Skill» intermediary under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended in 2023 and 2026). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

The Supreme Court of India has consistently held that Rummy is a game of skill and not a game of chance. Unlike gambling or betting, success in Rummy depends on a player’s superior knowledge, training, attention, and experience. • Use our branding to create «fan sites» or unofficial portals without written consent.
• Modify or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from our digital assets.

8. Promotions, Bonuses, and Loyalty Programs

8.1 Bonus Redemption Policy

Our total liability to any user, for any claim whatsoever, is capped at the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

10. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

1. The user is found to be a minor (under 18).
2. The user provides fraudulent KYC information.
3. The user engages in aggressive, abusive, or defamatory behavior toward other players or our support staff.
4. The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 months (subject to local escheatment laws).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yono Rummy, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.

12.1 Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration shall be New Delhi, and the language of proceedings shall be English.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause, all legal matters shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

13. Modifications to Terms

The digital landscape moves quickly. Yono Rummy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Conclusion of Terms: Acceptance and Finality

14.1 Binding Agreement and Electronic Acceptance

By clicking «I Agree» or by the continued use of the Yono Rummy platform, you provide an unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of this Agreement. This electronic record is generated in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and carries the same legal weight as a physically signed contract. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into this contract, and do not reside in a «Restricted Territory» where real-money skill gaming is prohibited by state law.

14.2 Entirety, Severability, and Account Closure

This document, alongside our Privacy and Withdrawal Policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company, superseding all prior communications. If any provision is deemed unenforceable by an Indian court or arbitrator, the remaining terms shall remain in full force. Continued participation signifies your ongoing consent to these terms, including the 30% TDS deduction on net winnings as mandated by Indian tax authorities.
